An annual turnover exceeding 10 million
At least ten employees, a minimum of 10 Employees
Published at least four annual reports
At least doubled its turnover, if you compare the first and the last financial year
Increased its turnover each year over the last three years
An overall profit for the four fiscal years that is positive
Essentially grown organically, not through acquisitions or mergers
Sound finances
