Terms & Conditions
All prices are shown in Euro including Swedish VAT. Except orders sent outside EU then VAT is deducted from the product at the checkout in our webshop. We ship worldwide. Check the list of countries and see if your country is included. If not, send us an email and we will take care of it.
For customers outside the EU, any customs duty and VAT will be paid by the recipient. Contact your local customs office for more information.
All information provided in our webshop is treated confidentially. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old.
Unfortunately, we have no way to change orders placed before an offer became valid. This also applies if your order is delivered during the time an offer is in progress.
We reserve the right for any printing errors. If a printing error is of majeure importance to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
In case of any errors in our stock balance, we reserve the right to cancel your order, this will be notified to you as soon as possible.
There is no way for us to guarantee that the clothes' colors are exactly reproduced. This depends on which computer you are using and what settings have been made.
Payment
Online Payment
You can pay with credit card/account directly on the website via PayPal or Klarna. When you pay by card, none of your card details will be stored by us.
Invoice (available in Germany and Finland)
Our invoicing is done in cooperation with Klarna AB. Payment terms are 14 days (0 SEK in fee). In case of late payment, remuneration fee will be charged with statutory amount (approximately 29 SEK) and interest on late payment. Read Klarnas terms here.
Receipt / Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an approved order, you will receive an e-mail that is valid as an order confirmation. Together with your delivery you will receive a paper receipt. If you did not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and let us know and we will send you the confirmation.
Delivery
Your package is packed and shipped normally within 48 hours. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-5 days, during peak season it may take longer.
For orders shipped with DHL On demand you can choose another delivery address, change day for delivery and more.
For orders shipped with UPS a signature is required upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9 am-6pm on business days.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your article, you have 14 days from receiving it, to send back to us. We offer free exchange to another size or other item on orders within Europe. Please note that you need to send back within 14 days. Place a new order on the article you wish to exchange. Please contact us before placing a new order to receive a discount code for the shipping fee.
Goods that come back to us in unsalable condition will not be refunded.
If you do not have a return label or if it has been lost, please contact us at webshop@ewaiwalla.se to get a new one.
In case of a card or direct payment, the refund is made to the card / bank account you used in your purchase. It takes up to about 2 weeks from the time we receive your return until you receive the refund. Regardless, the refund will not cost you anything.
When your return is completed you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna. Refunds to credit card/account take about 3-10 business days (during and after sales periods may take longer). If you have questions about Klarna Konto, you need to contact Klarnas customer service.
- Countries outside Europe: No free returns on orders sent to countries outside Europe. If you want to send something back, please contact us for help with return label and documents for customs.
Return of discounted items
During our sales we do not offer any free returns / exchanges. If you wish to return, please contact us and we will send you a return label and make an adjustment for the freight cost when the article is back at our warehouse. The fee is the same as the freight cost when you placed your order.
If an article is incorrectly dispatched or otherwise incorrect, we are of course responsible for the return freight. Then contact our webshop as soon as possible.
