Striped skirt

Ankle-length skirt in striped cotton voile, decorated with patches in floral twill and lace at hem. Partially smocked at the waist for a good fit, belt loops and button fly front. Wrinkled from the smock for a lovely volume, side seem pockets and solid underskirt.
