Shipping and returns
Delivery
Your package is packed and shipped normally within 48 hours. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-5 days.
During high season, sales period and public holidays the delivery time may be longer.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free exchanges of size and/or colour on the same item. If you wish to make an exchange, you need to place a new order in our webshop.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, a return fee (same as the shipping fee) will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the cost of shipping back to us.

Return policy
In order for us to accept your return, the item must meet the following requirements.
• The item must be folded as originally folded and packed in the original bag, with all tags still attached.
• The item must not have been used, altered or washed. You are of course welcome to try the products on, but avoid using make-up, perfume or deodorant that may leave odours or stains on the item.
• The item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
If the return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the return value.
Goods that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.

Unclaimed packages
If your package is not collected within the specified time frame, a fee of 35 USD will be charged for an unclaimed package. This fee is added because we want to avoid unnecessary burdens on the environment.
We therefore urge our customers to always collect their packages to minimize the impact as much as possible.
We strive to minimize our impact on the climate and we appreciate your understanding of these small adjustments that help us keep our processes more sustainable.
Reclaims
If an item is incorrectly shipped or otherwise faulty, you will not be charged a return fee. Please contact webshop@ewaiwalla.se as soon as possible and we will help you.
Refunds
Once your return/exchange has been completed, it can take up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return until you receive the refund. During and after sales periods it may take longer.
Payment with Klarna
You will receive the refund or updated invoice from Klarna. If you have any questions about Klarna Account, you can contact Klarna customer service here.
Payment with PayPal
The refund will be made to the card/bank account you used for your purchase.
