Terms and Conditions
All information provided in our webshop is treated confidentially. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old.
Unfortunately, we have no way to change orders placed before an offer became valid. This also applies if your order is delivered during the time an offer is in progress.
We reserve the right for any printing errors. If a printing error is of majeure importance to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
In case of any errors in our stock balance, we reserve the right to cancel your order, this will be notified to you as soon as possible.
There is no way for us to guarantee that the clothes' colours are exactly reproduced. This depends on which computer you are using and what settings have been made.
NOTE!
Due to new import regulations, additional customs fees are charged upon delivery. By ordering, the customer aggrees to our terms and conditions and acknowledge that a $35 fee and a 25% deduction from the total order value apply to refused deliveries.
Pricing Display and VAT
Prices on our website are shown in Euros (€) and vary based on your location due to VAT regulations:
- US Customers: Prices are shown excluding VAT. Additional duties and taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Any additional customs duties or taxes are not included in the displayed price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Changes to Pricing and Terms
We reserve the right to update pricing and terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Payment
Online Payment
You can pay with credit card/account directly on the website via PayPal or Klarna. When you pay by card, none of your card details will be stored by us.

Receipt / Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an approved order, you will receive an e-mail that is valid as an order confirmation. Together with your delivery you will receive a paper receipt. If you did not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and let us know and we will send you the confirmation.
Delivery
Your package is packed and shipped normally within 48 hours. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-5 days, during peak season it may take longer.
For orders shipped with DHL you can choose another delivery address, change day for delivery and more.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, a return fee (same as the shipping fee) will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the cost of shipping back to us.

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days.
Refunds
Once your return/exchange has been completed, it can take up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return until you receive the refund. During and after sales periods it may take longer.
Payment with Klarna
You will receive the refund or updated invoice from Klarna. If you have any questions about Klarna Account, you can contact Klarna customer service here.
Payment with PayPal
The refund will be made to the card/bank account you used for your purchase.
To accept your return, the item must meet the following requirements:
• The item must be folded according to the original folding and packed in the original bag, with all tags still attached.
• The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. You are, of course, allowed to try on the products, but avoid using makeup, perfume, or deodorant that can leave scent or stains on the garment.
• The item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
If the return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the return’s value.
Items returned to us in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.
Return of discounted items
During our sales we do not offer any free returns / exchanges. If you wish to return, please contact us and we will send you a return label and documents for customs, a return fee of $33 will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that returns must be made within 14 days.
Unclaimed packages / refusal to accept delivery
If your package is not collected within the specified time frame or refused to accept the delivery, a $35 fee and a 25% deduction from the total order value apply to refused deliveries. This fee is added because we want to avoid unnecessary burdens on the environment.
Reclaims
If If an item is incorrectly shipped or otherwise faulty, you will not be charged a return fee. Please contact webshop@ewaiwalla.se as soon as possible and we will help you.
